Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. We are open Monday-Friday. We see patients Tuesday - Wednesday from 8am - 4pm, Thursday 8am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm. On Fridays we see patients from 7am - noon. Our Administrative hours are Monday, 8am - noon and Friday, Noon - 3pm. We are closed to appointments Mondays and Friday afternoons.
Q. What accommodations do you make for nervous patients?
A. For patients who are nervous we make several accommodations including nitrous oxide. Please call us so we can accommodate you and your individual needs.
Q. Can we have more than one insurance cover our dental expenses?
A. Yes, we often have patients with more than one insurance plan and our office handles the process so you do not have to worry about contacting your insurance regarding your specific procedure.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept several insurances as well as major credit cards, check and cash.
Q. Do you offer payment plans?
A. We will work with each patient to seek answers to their individual needs.
Q. What is HIPAA?
A. HIPAA stands for Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us. Your private information will never be sold, or shared with anyone not directly involved in your dental care. Steps have been taken to insure the security of all confidential information held in our office. In accordance with HIPAA* laws recently passed by our government, our staff have undergone intensive education and training to insure compliance with all regulations. A complete copy of our privacy practices is available to all patients.
